| Inclement Weather Plan: In the case of sudden bad weather during the Ultimate Nerf Event, please follow the procedures below to ensure everyone's safety and a smooth transition: Step 1: Pause all gameplay immediately. Step 2: Move participants to shelter. Step 3: Secure equipment when safe to do so. Event leads will assess the situation and determine next steps: resume, relocate, delay, or cancel. |
